A Refund or Return can be possible only after the customer receives the products and, He or She wishes to make a return or refund, due to ;
-Inappropriate or open product packaging

If your return & refund is approved by our Skindulge customer service team, you will receive a gift voucher to use on our SKINDULGE website to the value of the returned item exclusive of shipping costs.
We will be happy to offer store credit in the form of a gift voucher, exchange or replacement within seven (7)days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Any products that are not sealed will not be eligible for return.
